You'll land on a unique order page with your order number. Bookmark it — you can return any time to send payment or check status.

Send SOL to the address shown
Scan the QR code with Phantom (or any Solana wallet) or copy the address. The amount in SOL is calculated from the current EUR rate, locked for 30 minutes.

Submit your transaction hash
After sending, paste your TX signature into the form on the order page. We verify it on-chain manually and confirm by email — usually within a few hours on business days.

Things people ask.
01Why only Solana?
Cheap fees (under a cent), instant confirmation, mature wallet UX (Phantom). Bitcoin and Ethereum work, but the fees and wait times are bad for small purchases. We may add more options later if customers ask.
02What if I send the wrong amount?
Underpayment: we email you with how much more to send to the same address. Overpayment: we refund the difference to the wallet you sent from. Don't worry — the system is built for this.
03What if I send to the wrong network?
Send only SOL on the Solana network. Phantom defaults to Solana for SOL — you'd have to actively switch to a different chain to make a mistake. Wrong-network sends are usually unrecoverable.
04How long until my order ships?
We verify your transaction hash manually, usually within 2–6 hours on business days. After verification, the order ships within 24h. So 1–2 business days from payment to dispatch.
05Can I get a refund?
Yes — 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are sent in SOL to the wallet you paid from. Email hello@healthpeps.lab with your order number.
06I don't have any SOL yet. How do I get some?
Open an account on Bitvavo, Bitstamp, Coinbase, or Kraken (about 10 minutes including ID check), deposit EUR via SEPA or card, buy SOL, send it to your Phantom wallet. Total time: about 30 minutes including waiting for the SEPA transfer if you don't use card.
07Why don't you accept credit cards?
Card processors take 2–4% and routinely freeze supplement merchant accounts. We pass those savings on in lower prices.
08Is the rate locked?
The EUR-to-SOL rate is locked for 30 minutes when you load your order page. If you take longer, refresh and the SOL amount updates. The EUR price never changes — that's the actual total you owe.
09Do I need to create an account?
No. Your order page (/checkout/<your-order-id>) is your account for that order. Bookmark it, or use the link in your email.
10What if I close the tab before sending?
Your order stays open. The order page URL is also in the email we sent you — open from there and continue. Same address, same amount (subject to rate refresh after 30 min).
