By placing an order on healthpepslab.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.

All products sold by HEALTHPEPS LAB are research reference compounds, sold solely for laboratory and scientific research use.

• NOT for human consumption.
• NOT for diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary use.
• NOT a dietary supplement.
• NOT approved as a drug, medical device, or food product in any jurisdiction.

You represent that you are a qualified researcher, institution, or reseller acquiring these products for lawful research-only purposes in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your country of receipt.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping is free EU-wide. Delivery time approximately 14 days after payment confirmation.

We accept payment exclusively in Solana (SOL). Orders are confirmed only after the blockchain transaction has reached on-chain finalization. Until then, the order remains in pending status and we reserve the right to cancel without notice if no payment is received within 30 days.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, sanctioned jurisdiction, suspected resale to prohibited end-uses).

The 10+ kits per compound + variant unlocks the wholesale tier (~6–12% off the single-kit price, varying by compound). The 50+ kit tier is contract pricing; email healthpepslab@proton.me for quotes. We reserve the right to adjust bulk pricing for fluctuating wholesale costs.

Shipping is via tracked international courier in discreet packaging, cold-chain where applicable. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon hand-off to the carrier. Customs duties at your jurisdiction are your responsibility.

In the event of customs seizure, damaged delivery, or loss in transit: report within 48 hours of delivery (or scheduled delivery date) by emailing healthpepslab@proton.me with photos + tracking number. We replace damaged or lost shipments at our cost.

Returns: within 60 days of delivery, unopened sealed vials only. Customer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued in Solana to the wallet you paid from, within 7 business days of return receipt.

No returns or refunds on opened, damaged-by-customer, or non-sealed merchandise.

Nothing on this Site is medical advice. Product descriptions reference published research literature for informational purposes only; they are not therapeutic claims.

The products are provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEALTHPEPS LAB's aggregate liability arising from or related to any order is limited to the EUR amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., gross negligence, intentional misconduct, statutory consumer protection that applies despite B2B context).

All content on this Site — text, images, logos, design — is owned by HEALTHPEPS LAB or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes lies with the courts at our registered seat, unless mandatory local consumer protection law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

We may amend these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms for future orders.
