Install Phantom
Phantom is a free wallet — works on iPhone, Android, and as a Chrome / Brave / Edge browser extension. The mobile app is the easiest place to start. Get Phantom →02
Create a wallet
Open Phantom, tap 'Create new wallet', set a strong password, and write down the 12-word recovery phrase on paper. Keep that paper somewhere only you know — if you lose it, you lose access. Do not photograph it or store it in cloud storage.03
Buy SOL (skip if you already have some)
Easiest path for first-time buyers: open an account at Bitvavo, complete the ~5-minute identity check, deposit EUR via SEPA or card, and buy SOL. For a typical supplement order you only need a small amount — buy a little extra to cover the network fee (which is fractions of a cent).04
Send SOL from the exchange to Phantom
In Phantom: tap 'Receive', copy your address. In the exchange: tap 'Withdraw SOL', paste the address, confirm the Solana network is selected, send. Solana withdrawals are nearly instant — under a minute.05
Come back to your order
Open your order page on healthpeps.lab (the URL is in your confirmation email, or use the tab you had open from checkout). We show you the exact SOL amount + our wallet address + a QR code.06
Pay from Phantom
In Phantom: tap 'Send', then 'Scan QR' → point camera at our QR code → confirm the amount → done. Confirmation takes about half a second. Network fee is under $0.001.07
Submit your transaction signature
After sending, Phantom shows a confirmation with a 'View on explorer' link. Copy the transaction signature (long base58 string) and paste it into the form on your order page. Status switches to 'verifying' — we confirm on-chain and ship within 24h on business days.
First-timer tip
Test with a small amount first.
Before paying for your full order, do a €1 test send from your wallet to our address. Confirms the address is correct, the network matches, and your wallet works. Then send the rest. We'll count both transactions toward your order.
